^Highlights^

• Ozzy’s Nail is a goner. Its all gone but I am glad its not swelling anymore. Its actually dry and when I ask him he says it doesn’t hurt.
• Ozzy’s make-up class last Thursday which was long overdue. He was absent for 2 weeks already and sure enough the boy had a grand time running around (the whole place!). More pictures here.
• My little boy doing something that’s not nice. He sounds sorry for it though, hope it never happens again.
• My sister Jennie and Aunt celebrated their birthday’s (27th and 29th respectively) by treating us to lunch last Sunday. Family Time. More pics here.

I am still struggling to bounce back into my blogging groove. Forgive me dear readers (if I still have ‘em). Hope you are having a wonderful day - for me work is piled up because of yesterday’s Holiday. On to something positive shall we!? I won $10.00 from Milet of Momie Space. And I didn’t even do anything special. I am a regular visitor of her awesome blog anyways so my comments are really sincere and not because I have a hidden agenda. If you could recall I won last month too! Thank dear. Truly a reason to be inspired. *kisses*

^Highlights^

I had an eventful week last week. I was able to accomplish a lot of things (work related and online sideline). I was also able to finish Gossip Girl Season 1 in 3 days. That’s 6 episodes per day. hah. Good thing we didn’t have work in Cebu Province last Tuesday so I was able to catch up on some sleep. We were also able to go to Banawa to visit the grandparents.

We spent Saturday in a nearby resort, I blogged about that already here. And Sunday was spent with the whole family (mother’s side) because it was my Lola’s 76th birthday celebration and my Aunt’s 47th. All in all it was a fun family gathering - yet again. Ozzy had so much fun with his Aunts and Uncles and he took it as the perfect opportunity to run around. hai.

We had baked tahong, kinilaw, bouillabaisse (soup with shellfish and fish), chicharon bulaklak, tuna belly, chicken, some kangkong. Everything was so yummy I was the last one to finish eating. We had ice-cream for dessert, some had halo-halo and others had sago’t gulaman.

Highlight!

My maternal grandfather celebrated his birthday this week and he turned 82. We went out for a simple gathering in Cebu Grand Convention and had Chinese laureate style for dinner. It was yummy. Ozzy enjoyed it too. He was well-behaved all throughout dinner despite the messy eater that he is.

But after dinner and dessert, it was a different story! He was so excited to play with his uncles and aunties that he ran around the place and wanted to look at the lobsters in the aquariums. At one point he didn’t want ME carrying him (which is really rare). He wanted his uncle Enzo or Aunty Kaye which is totally fine with me.

All in all we had a fun night with the family. Happy 82nd Papa Sing! ^_^

P.S. He’s not drinking wine, that’s water. lolz

Happy 2nd Birthday Ozzy!

Dear Joshua,

A year older, a year wiser huh, baby? Mommy & Daddy want you to know that we love you very much. You are the best gift we ever received and everyday you make us very proud. Be a good boy and remember to obey your parents because as hard as it may seem at times, we only want what’s best for you. That’s right, eat your veggies and sleep early.

Rest & Recreation. That was the highlight of my week last week. The long weekend was what made us decide to check-in a nearby resort & just have fun all weekend.

…For an overnight stay in a resort, I managed to stuff my big bag lots of stuff & carefully planned out outfits! The boy for starters has to have clothes plus additional clothes for accidents or emergency. In my mind, you can never leave anything behind especially if a baby is in tow.

I was thinking of even bringing the laptop and the psp for additional entertainment, but I just decided against it because this won’t be a relaxing getaway from the City if I bring gadgets along right?

Speaking of psp, I was thinking how much would a PS3 cost me if I decide to buy one for Josh? It would be a good entertainment gadget for him when he’s away. Also, I would prefer for him to stay home and play that on weekends than go out and have a drink in pubs or something. They do have pubs in Norway,right?

Anyway, our little family is off to the beach after lunch, probably get back to blogging tomorrow evening or Monday morning. No work Monday for us here in the Philippines.
