^Highlights^

Well you guys already know about my driving. Oh yeah. hahaha After all, I’m 25 and soon to be a Pre-school mom, I need to learn how to drive. Agree? My new fave song that keeps playing in my head while driving is One Step At A Time by Jordin Sparks.

So what else happened? I was able to withdraw paypal funds to my local UBP account. I was waiting and waiting for the dollar exchange rate to rise up to 45 and when it did, I withdrew my money before the rate goes down again. *Happy* A friend texted about selling some designer bags. My blogging money can afford the bags (cash!) but I declined. Josh will be so proud of me ~ lolz. I am hoping he’d buy me one instead *hint-hint*

Lastly, I had my hair makeover. Remember my bangs? Well, I needed to have them redone professionally since it was all crooked. Wanna see me now???

Highlight!

My maternal grandfather celebrated his birthday this week and he turned 82. We went out for a simple gathering in Cebu Grand Convention and had Chinese laureate style for dinner. It was yummy. Ozzy enjoyed it too. He was well-behaved all throughout dinner despite the messy eater that he is.

But after dinner and dessert, it was a different story! He was so excited to play with his uncles and aunties that he ran around the place and wanted to look at the lobsters in the aquariums. At one point he didn’t want ME carrying him (which is really rare). He wanted his uncle Enzo or Aunty Kaye which is totally fine with me.

All in all we had a fun night with the family. Happy 82nd Papa Sing! ^_^

P.S. He’s not drinking wine, that’s water. lolz

Highlights!

• Bid goodbye to Josh. It was a sad day for all of us, but I could not help but smile thinking how hard working my husband is and how much he is willing to sacrifice for me and especially for his son.
• Friends came over for pizza, coffee, brownies and cookies! Yum.
• Had our annual Barkada pictures even though were too old for that! Hahaha
• Finally got my fill of sweets from La Marea.

Other than that, Lao and Ken are finally here. So its the usual dinner+coffee date with my best girl and pa-girl pals! Weeeee…Since I am not in the mood for much talking. Let the pictures speak for itself.

That night was full of stories, funny jokes and revelations. Tomorrow (friday) we’ll have our annual barkada shot (so high school lol) super excited. I just hope my colds and fever die down tonight. I really need to go out and have fun.

Last week was a bit boring for me.

Aside from buying (again!) another custom domain I’ve bought something on ebay as a gift for Big J. Online shopping is quite exciting noh? But I won’t get hooked (hopefully!) because I want to save save save! So all in all I have 4 blogs.

We also had lunch with my in laws and relatives of Big J for his despedida. 4 days from now, he’ll be flying off to Norway. Wahhhh.

What happened last week? July 7-14, 2008.

Last week was my boy’s birthday. He turned two. We had a small gathering in our house on the eve of his birthday and we had balloons, cake, ice cream CNT lechon and other foods. It was simple yet real fun.

The boy was friendly to his guests and was in a good mood the whole time. Although he wouldn’t count to 10 when asked, he gamely answered “two” when asked his age. (with matching 2 finger sign)

Also, I’ve noticed my hands are terribly dry these past few days. As in super dry. Super, super (skin is peeling off) dry, yucky I know. But its the truth. I’ve tried putting all kinds of lotions, oils and body shop body butter but noooo…still dry. What can be the cause of this?!

Bought a custom domain from blogger. Soon, my new blog (formerly known as Supermodel Wannabe) Ozzy’s Mom will come alive. Oh, well, more blah’s for me. I probably should focus on Ozzy/kids/parenting on that blog. Any nice blogger templates? Care to share? I want to revamp the whole thing. Promise, this time it won’t be pink.
