Pissed off with a friend - seriously - There’s just so much we can take. Stop treating us like were nobody’s.

Being a mom is not almost always fun. I have mentioned in my blogs numerous times reasons why I love being a mom; but honestly to be blunt about it there are some things I really dislike (hate is such a strong word) about it.

I don’t like…..

1. ……….the fact that I don’t get to sleep for 8 hours straight.
2. ……….feeling guilty every time I am away. ME-time sometimes isn’t fun when you’re mind is not there.
3. ……….having to clean poop.
4. ……….how Ozzy decides to poop seconds after I changed him into a clean nappy.
5. ……….HAVING stretch marks. Goodbye stretch-mark free tummy…for this reason alone; I ask God why MEN are not the once experiencing child birth?! teehee
6. ……….that whenever we are in a restaurant I cannot eat properly. (I almost always never bring yaya around; I want to be hands on as much as possible)
7. ……….being bitten & sometimes hit. (uh-huh he hits now..tsktsk, kainis!)
8. ……….when people assume I know everything just because I am a mom; I am human I make mistakes too. Spare me the, “Dapat alam mo na yon” speech. I am a first-timer, give me a break.
9. ……….scolding my 2 year old boy every time he picks up something on the floor & puts it in his mouth.
10. ……….Or scolding in general. Or loosing my patience. Or having to glare at the boy for being noisy in church. Or when he bites his nails. It’s not that I ‘hate‘ it but I just don’t enjoy being a disciplinarian. I want to be the spoiler. But I know that would not be a good thing in the long run.

Now you may think I am bad or what it doesn’t matter; this post doesn’t mean I love my son less or I am a terrible mother (although at times I feel I am inadequate), I am merely pointing out things that make parenting hard. It’s a tough job but someone has to do it right?

I have a friend who keeps asking me why I am still ‘not very fat’ even after giving birth. She, on the other hand gained so much weight after her breakup with her boyfriend. I really don’t know what to tell her except that it’s not easy being a working mom. It’s pretty tiring, draining, you lose sleep especially if your child is sick. Plus, being skinny is not always a good thing when you are covered in stretch marks.

I wanted to tell her why don’t you have a baby & breastfeed him day & night and sleep 3 hours per night? Maybe you’ll lose the weight? But of course I did not say that, instead I said, why don’t you give Phentermine without prescription a try?

It is exactly 12:12 AM in my watch and I can’t sleep. I should not have had those 2 cups of coffee earlier. I finished watching all the good shows on TV. I even watched WOW Maling-Mali. It was hilarious. I was engrossed with watching The Practice as well. And my newest fave show is Parco PI.

The little boy is sleeping soundly beside me & I carefully type this entry because the tapping might wake him up. I’ve finally finished reading Sophie Kinsella’s, Can You Keep A Secret. It was a funny book like all the other books by Kinsella. I have yet to get hold of a copy of the Undomestic Goddess. I hear it’s nice too. We’ll see.

Super excited for Sunday, will watch SATC Movie with my good friends…!

What else…oohh yah, I’m thinking of having my hair colored tomorrow; I dunno lighter hair might make me look fat. Our cook said I looked pregnant and that my tummy was getting big; which irked me really because this cook is super tactless, I just had a big dinner, of course my tummy would be huge. DUH. And no, I am not pregnant ~ yet. Besides if I am I will not hide it!

Inspired by the book, I’d spill my little secrets here too like….

+ A friend gave me a whole cake for my birthday last Monday & I finished it all, on my own. I did not share.

+ My son is afraid of shampoo suds..but I scare him anyway because it’s fun.

+ I prefer Jennifer Aniston over Angelina Jolie.

+ I DON’T get people who wear baggy clothes (but it doesn’t mean I don’t like ‘em OK)

Sorry for lack of ‘real’ posts guys. I am actually busy. Josh’s application is keeping me busy and work is pretty much stacking up since it is nearing month-end. Lots of summaries to do, payables and what-not. Anyway, I am feeling ‘vain’ today thus the picture. Teehee.

I had the perfect hair day last Sunday. I think it was because of the weather. It was not too hot therefore resulting to a tame and non-frizzy hair. Why, why don’t I have perfect hair like these 4 “hailed most beautiful non-girls“? bwahaha ^_^

5-6am; The little one demands his milk and the husband has be at work by 7.

What’s the first thing you do?
I pee…as in pee a lot! Actually, my bladder is kind hurting by then..I dunno, after I had Ozzy I can’t seem to keep my pee in for a long time unlike before.

What do you take for Breakfast?
2 cups of coffee, bread or rice whichever is available.

Do you go to work/school?
I go to work upstairs. 3rd floor.

Do you like it?

Sorry for lack of updates! Its Friday & I’m busy. Nothing planned for the weekend really but I guess we’ll do a lot of discussions regarding this.

Also, I’m still trying to look for photo’s for the famous Now & Then tag. Watch out for that! While rummaging thru old pictures; I didn’t realize that:

• I don’t have as much pictures as the 1st born & the youngest (only boy) ~ yeah I’m the middle child, the one who has problems! ahahaha
• I look like Ozzy when I was younger! (i looked like a boy…)
• I was super dark gradeschool & highschool days! thank god for papaya soap. teehee
• Unlike my other online friends who looked the same thru the years, my face constantly changed!

I may be one in a few weeks IF he gets the job. It’s all talk right now. Nothing has been signed - yet. But they are saying they want him for the job asap!

I used to encourage him to try applying but now that it seems so real, why do I feel the walls closing on me faster than I can handle?

The Philippines has two nominees, amazing. That’s why I love the Philippines, there are a lot of hidden paradise. You don’t have to go very far to find beautiful beaches, falls, caves or whatever.

I suggest, before exploring traveling abroad, one should try going to local tourists sites like Camiguin, Palawan, Batanes and many more.

“Tara na byahe tayo!” It’s summer after all.
