It’s 11:15pm here in my side of the globe and I am still up. Basically because of three reasons. First I am waiting for hubby to be off work so we can chat, second I still shaking from my driving lessons, the last time I was behind the wheel in the freeway was uhmmm 3 years ago? (it went well if you don’t count the times the car turned off)

Anywhooooo - and the third, because I am still watching Dexter. Do you watch that? Its shown in Sky Cable, Channel 49 Fox Crime. Its a TV series about a physiologically imbalanced serial killer. The thing with him is that he’s trying to control his “urges” to kill by doing so he has focused his energy on killing the bad guys.

So in a weird twisted way, you kind of root for him and share his motto - never get caught because in the end he’s the lead and after all he’s killing the bad guys. (still doesn’t make it right, right?)

In the show you can see him trying to change, trying to control his “urge” to kill and in the end ~ he still kills.

Anyway, all in all its a really good show to watch out for. Season 2 is about to end in Channel 49. Season 3 is said to return in 2008, scheduled to premiere in September 28, 2008.

My Bet aside from Lord?

Veejay Floresca, Aries Lagat & Winnie Chua’s work are also good. They have beautifully done and innovative creations - so far. I just don’t like Aries’ personality because he’s really annoying and super taray. Maybe its just a front? He said it himself, he’s an artista-wannabe. Hmmm… I also enjoy Eli’s comments. He’s so honest I love it.

Mara’s getting a lot of snide remarks because of her poncho disaster in the first episode, but I think she’s really talented and a bit different. I really liked her creation in the second challenge.

Maybe I should look out for her too.

Anyway, go go go team Lord!

I remember back in high school I’d burn the phone lines to get through a radio station just to score tickets to some concert.
