A Gift for Dad.

Yey, so we’ll be spending our weekend at the beach after all. Reservations has been made and it’s all set. Hubby initiated this weekend getaway because he may leave soon and he wanted to spend as much time with us as possible.

LDR (long distance relationship); can I handle it? It’s a sacrifice we have to make to be able to save up. It’s impossible to earn big here in the Philippines unless you have your own business. Being an employee won’t pay as much; with our growing family we can’t afford our own house if we don’t save, save, save!

Father’s Day is almost here. On the 15th of June to be exact, I almost forgot. What will I give Josh?! I was thinking of treating him out on a date then giving him men’s jewelry like a watch perhaps?

Any other suggestions?

I totally sympathize, Vanny. My hubby and I have never been separated for more than a week, and even that was hard. But best wishes for your future plans and goals!

    Hi Vannie,
Kaya yan! :) I believe in LDRs.I’ve been in a few, and my recent one worked! At least now, there’s Skype. You can talk to each other anytime. The main challenge is really the time difference and finding ways to communicate and stay connected in all levels. But you will both manage am sure :) It can unleash the creative side of lovers :) My hubby once gave me flowers online! Haha! He came up to me on the webcam with a bunch! :) Kilig. Hehe.
